Senior Performance Marketer

Remote, Egypt
Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer to take full ownership of our paid acquisition function. You will be the person who decides where our media budget goes, what we test next, and how we turn spend into qualified pipeline and revenue. This is a hands-on role. You will be in the ad platforms daily, building campaigns, reading the data, and making the calls that move our numbers. You will work across the full paid funnel, from the first impression through to the leads our sales team closes. You will partner closely with content, design, and sales to make sure our creative is sharp, our targeting is right, and our messaging speaks directly to the dentists and practice owners we serve in the US market. Because we are remote and lean, you will need to be self-directed, comfortable owning targets, and confident defending your decisions with data.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy and Execution
  • Plan, build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and LinkedIn
  • Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies that move prospects from awareness through to qualified lead and closed revenue
  • Manage keyword research, audience building, bidding strategies, and placement decisions across all active channels
  • Identify and test new acquisition channels such as YouTube, programmatic display, and emerging B2B platforms
  • Budget and Performance Ownership
  • Own and allocate the paid media budget, shifting spend toward the highest-performing channels, campaigns, and segments
  • Hold yourself accountable to clear targets including CAC, ROAS, CPL, lead quality, and pipeline contribution
  • Forecast spend and expected results, and flag risks or opportunities early
  • Maximize efficiency without sacrificing volume, and know when to scale and when to pull back
  • Testing and Optimization
  • Design and run structured A/B and multivariate tests across creative, copy, audiences, offers, and landing pages
  • Partner with the team on conversion rate optimization across landing pages and funnels
  • Build a clear testing roadmap so that learnings compound over time rather than living in one-off experiments
  • Continuously refine targeting and messaging based on what the data tells you
  • Creative and Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work with content and design to develop ad creative and copy that resonates with US dental practice decision makers
  • Brief creative clearly, with the audience, angle, and goal defined up front
  • Coordinate with sales to understand lead quality, close rates, and what a good prospect actually looks like
  • Feed insights back to the wider marketing team to keep messaging consistent across paid, organic, and lifecycle
  • Reporting and Insight
  • Build and maintain dashboards that track the full funnel from impression to closed revenue
  • Turn raw performance data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Report results, learnings, and next steps to stakeholders on a regular cadence
  • Keep a pulse on the dental and broader B2B SaaS market, including competitor activity and channel shifts

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of performance or growth marketing experience, with a strong track record in paid acquisition
  • Deep, hands-on expertise running and scaling Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; LinkedIn Ads experience is a strong plus
  • Proven experience scaling B2B SaaS campaigns and consistently hitting CAC, ROAS, and pipeline targets
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working directly with data, including fluency with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Looker, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization and landing page testing
  • A structured, experiment-driven mindset and the discipline to document and build on what you learn
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Self-directed, organized, and comfortable owning outcomes in a remote, EET-aligned team

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing to the US healthcare, dental, or medical industry
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of SEO and lifecycle or email marketing to complement paid efforts
  • Experience working with attribution models and multi-touch reporting
  • Comfort with light technical setup such as conversion tracking, pixels, and tag management
