Measured by booked patients, not clicks.

Every new patient traced to its source, every team call scored.

Every location on one screen. The ad, the call, the booking in your PMS and the treatment that followed, on one record. When a number can’t be trusted for your practice, it says so.

A practice owner in a white coat pauses in a bright corridor between patients to glance at a tablet, an operatory softly out of focus behind her.

Three problems it solves

Three vendors, three reports, none of them agree on the patient.

  • Which ad booked which patient

Your agency reports clicks and calls. Your PMS reports production. Nobody connects the ad to the patient in the chair, so next month’s budget is a guess.

  • Nobody reviews the recordings

You’re chairside all day, so you can’t hear how the phone is being answered, and no one has time to review recordings.

  • Every vendor reports its own numbers

The phone vendor counts calls, the ad platform counts conversions, your PMS counts production. No two of them agree about the same patient, and each one grades its own work.

From the first click to the chair, and back again

One patient, one record, every step with its source.

The other four products write it down as it happens. DentiMetrics reads it back to you, patient by patient, with the source and the production on every line.

  1. Found

Search, Maps, an ad or a friend, recorded as the source.

  2. Answered

By your team or DentiVoice; who, when, and how it went.

  3. Booked

Into your PMS, with the source attached.

  4. In the chair

    Production counted at your fees.

  5. Brought back

Recare and unscheduled treatment, counted when it lands.

Six things, one record

What DentiMetrics keeps track of.

How it’s measured

Every number that matters is a gap: what should have happened, and what did.

What your fees and the patient’s coverage say you should have earned. What your chairs and your schedule say you had room for. What the treatment plan says the patient should have had. DentiMetrics holds both sides, because the rest of the platform wrote them down. Most products only ever see one.

And a gap is not a chart. Every line in a report links to the work that fixes it. A report row is a job to do, not a rear-view mirror.

  • Reporting across money, insurance, the schedule, patients and clinical care.
  • Every row opens the list your team works in DentiReach.
  • Reviewing your records never changes them.

Monday morning questions

Five decisions you can make from it, with the evidence attached.

Not a dashboard to admire. Each of these is a question an owner asks on a Monday, answered from the same patient record.

Coach

Recording calls is easy. Reviewing them is what nobody has time for.

Coach: Call review · this week.

  • Did: Greeted by name, asked what brought them in
  • Did: Offered two times, not one
  • Missed: Left the insurance question unanswered
  • Did: Confirmed the visit and what to bring

1:12

Patient: "Do you take Delta?" Jenna: "I’d have to check." The patient was silent for eleven seconds.

This week’s plan for Jenna

Keep the accepted-plans list open. Answer the insurance question first, then book. Her Thursday 2:40 call is the model: the same question, answered in four seconds, and the visit booked.

Example: one fictional call review. Jenna, the call and the score are invented.

You’re chairside all day, so you can’t hear how the phone is being answered, and no one has time to review recordings. Coach does that for you.

What makes it fair

Every call is scored on the criteria that matter for a patient call, and every piece of feedback quotes the exact moment it refers to. Feedback that cannot be supported by the recording is discarded rather than shown. Each team member receives a weekly plan built from their own best calls, so the practice’s strongest calls become everyone’s training material.

  • Scores are visible, explainable and open to argument. Not a mystery number.
  • Patterns that keep coming up in your own calls become something Coach scores, so the rubric grows out of your practice instead of being frozen at launch.
  • Coach grades your team’s calls. DentiVoice’s own calls are checked too: every one is recorded, transcribed and reviewed by a person.
  • Every call Coach reviews was answered on DentiVoIP, so the recording, transcript and score sit on the same record.

Honest numbers

A report that tells you when not to trust it.

Every report says whether it’s trustworthy for your practice: full, partial or unavailable. When it isn’t full, it names what’s missing. Some practice software records more than others; where yours doesn’t capture something, the report says so instead of showing a confident zero.

  • Missing data is shown as missing, never as a zero.
  • A report on your own data quality, saying which of your numbers can be relied on.
  • Real time where your software supports it. Some systems update overnight by design, and we’ll tell you which kind yours is.

Questions dentists ask about DentiMetrics

Last reviewed October 2026.

Every inquiry gets one identity the moment it arrives, whether by call, chat or form. That one identity is kept across Google, Meta and your own records, so no patient is counted twice, and it is matched to the appointment when it is written to your PMS, so the patient in the chair is tied to the search or ad that produced them, not estimated from clicks.
