DentiVoIPPhone System
One patient record behind every call, text and fax.
Most practices run a phone provider, a texting tool and a separate AI service that never share a patient record. DentiVoIP is one platform built for dental: desk phones, softphone, queues, voicemail, fax and DentiVoice, all attached to the chart.

Integrated with your PMS
Chart · Schedule · Fees

What your front desk sees
The record is open before you answer. When the call ends, the summary, outcome and action items are already on it.

No IT visit, no new vendor to introduce to your old one. Your customer success manager sets the rules with you, and they can change at any time.
Desk phones configure themselves, no IT visit needed. Calls can also be taken on a laptop with nothing to install.
Routing by topic, time of day or caller. When DentiVoice transfers a call to a person, it includes a note explaining why.
Who answered, how long it took and what the outcome was, across all your locations, in one login and one screen.
DentiVoice, your AI receptionist, sits on the same phone system as your team. When it passes a call to a person, that is an ordinary warm transfer with a note attached, not a hand-off between two vendors that drops the patient.
Note from DentiVoice
Asked about the balance from last month's visit. Billing questions go to the front desk during office hours (your rule). She knows Jenna is picking up.

On the same record
Because it sits on the same phone system as your team, a call it passes on arrives as a warm transfer with a note attached.
See DentiVoiceCoach lives here: feedback that quotes the call, a weekly plan per person, and every call from every location on one screen.

Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Denticon and more.
Every access to patient data is logged and auditable. Data is encrypted, access is controlled by role, administrators use two-factor authentication, each practice is walled off from every other, and agreements are signed before any data moves.

Yes. DentiVoIP attaches calls, texts and faxes to the patient record in Dentrix (all editions), Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Denticon, Dolphin, PracticeWorks, SoftDent and DSN, and practices on NexHealth connect too. The screen pop, click to call and call logging all read from and write to that record. If your system is not listed, ask at the demo.
Yes. Your numbers come with you, so patients keep dialing the number they know. Moving a number from your old provider runs on that provider's timetable; your customer success manager plans the date with you. Desk phones configure themselves, the softphone needs nothing installed, and local numbers have emergency calling properly registered.
Desk phones configure themselves when they are plugged in; your team can also take calls on a laptop with nothing to install. There is no IT visit. Before go-live, your customer success manager walks through your routing rules, hours and greetings with you, and the timeline is confirmed at the demo.
Your phones keep ringing. DentiVoIP does not depend on your PMS being up: calls route, voicemail is transcribed and the softphone works as usual. If DentiVoice books an appointment during the outage, the booking is held and written into your PMS the moment it is back, so nobody discovers a gap on Monday morning.
It hands the call to a person and leaves a note explaining why. DentiVoice, your AI receptionist, is on the same phone system as your team, so the call never leaves the system: your colleague is briefed first, then connected. Your rules decide who picks up, by topic, time of day or caller.
You do. Ring groups, queues, hours, greetings and the rules for when DentiVoice answers are set up with you and can change at any time. Routing can follow the topic of the call, the time of day or who is calling, and the system rings whoever is actually free before it ever goes to voicemail.
Yes, and yes. Patients are always told that the call is recorded. Each call's recording, transcript, summary and outcome are saved to the patient's record automatically, so the next person who picks up, or DentiVoice answering tonight, already knows what was said last time.
Yes, and here are the controls behind the word. Every access to patient data is logged and auditable. Data is encrypted, access is controlled by role, administrators use two-factor authentication, each practice is walled off from every other, and the required agreements are signed before any patient data moves. The full list is on our security page.
Yes. The softphone runs in a browser or on a mobile device and always shows your office number to the patient, so a team member can cover the line from another room or another site. Groups with several locations see who answered, how long it took and what the outcome was, across all locations, in one login and one screen.
Pricing depends on practice size and the products you choose; we agree it at the demo. A solo office and a multi-location group do not need the same lines, handsets or coverage, so we do not publish a rate card. Ask at the demo and you will get a figure for your practice, not an industry average.
A dedicated customer success manager who knows your office and your team. Direct access with no queue, support around the clock, and proactive check-ins twice a month. Ring groups, hours, greetings and the rules for when DentiVoice answers are set by you and can change at any time; changes go through that person.
