DentiReachRevenue Recovery
Your practice has already earned more than it has been paid.
Accepted treatment never scheduled. Overdue hygiene. Benefits that expire at year end. DentalBase finds each opportunity in the software you already use, values it using your own fees, and follows up until the appointment is booked.
Read-only analysis. Reviewing your records never changes them.

What it looks for
DentiReach goes through everything your practice has ever recorded: the treatment, the claims, the schedule, the insurance coverage, every attempt anyone made to reach a patient. It turns all of it into a list of people worth calling today. Sixteen of the twenty-four are below.

Worked with judgment, not a mass campaign
Everything outstanding for a patient is grouped into a single task under a contact limit you set, and every message is checked against your policy twice: when it is planned, and again in the instant before it sends.
Patients call back at lunch, in the evening or on a Saturday. DentiVoice, your AI receptionist, answers with the reason for the outreach already on the record, and books the visit.
If a patient has already called or booked, no further messages or calls are sent to them.
See the phone systemOpt-outs, quiet hours and consent are enforced automatically. No patient is contacted more often than your policy allows.
What happens next
The call-back lands on the same patient record DentiReach built, so DentiVoice knows why the patient was contacted and what was offered, and books the visit into your PMS.

Yes. DentiReach works with Dentrix (all editions), Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Denticon, Dolphin, PracticeWorks, SoftDent and DSN, and practices already using NexHealth connect too. If yours is not on that list, ask us; it is usually a yes, and we check before we promise. Your software stays the source of truth.
It reviews what your practice has already recorded: completed and planned treatment, claims, the schedule, insurance coverage and every attempt anyone made to reach a patient. Twenty-four opportunity types are checked, from accepted treatment with no appointment to benefits about to expire. Each one is priced from your own fee schedule and grouped by patient.
No. Reviewing your records never changes them; the analysis is read-only. When a patient books, with your team or with DentiVoice, the appointment is written into your PMS using the appointment type and provider your team would select. Your software stays the source of truth, and nobody has to move data or learn a second system.
Your team keeps working. The list is built from records already reviewed, so it does not disappear when your system does. If a patient books during the outage, the appointment is held and written into your PMS the moment it is back, and nobody finds out on Monday. Nothing quietly disappears.
You do. Contact limits, quiet hours, channels and offers are set by your practice and can change at any time. Opt-outs and consent are enforced automatically, and every message is checked against your policy twice: once when it is planned and again in the instant before it sends. No patient is contacted more often than your policy allows.
Your team, DentiVoice, or both. Your team works from a calling screen that shows who to contact, why, and what to offer, and captures the outcome in one click; several people can work the same list without stepping on each other. Or DentiVoice, your AI receptionist, makes the calls. When the patient calls back, DentiVoice answers at any hour.
Yes, and here is what that means in practice. Every access to patient data is logged and auditable. Data is encrypted, access is controlled by role, administrators sign in with two-factor authentication, and each practice is walled off from every other. Agreements are signed before any patient data moves. The full detail is on our security page.
Nothing to migrate: your first list is built from records your practice already has. You fill in a guided form that saves as you go; where your software can tell us, we pull in your team and appointment types so nobody retypes them. Rules, hours and offers are set by you and can change at any time.
Pricing is agreed at the demo for your practice size. A solo office and a multi-location group do not need the same setup, so we look at yours first. Bring your unscheduled treatment list to the demo and we will show you what it is worth, live, before we talk about price. The demo is free.
It is shown as missing, never as a zero. Every opportunity is priced from your fee schedule; where the patient's plan is known, the value is split into the insurance portion and the patient's portion, and where it is not, the row says so. Every report states whether it is full, partial or unavailable, and names the missing source.
